This pic is from my last appt, 2 weeks ago. I am actually shocked reading these bad reviews. Every single time I've come to this salon, it's been a great experience. The staff as a whole is fun and welcoming, and you feel like part of the group of these fun ladies. I'm someone who goes every 2 weeks for since summer. I got an appt shortly after I called. Where I was going before my nails were breaking and a mess. Not only have I never had a quality issue, Jeannie does an amazing job. She's creative and fun. I've had Kali and Anna do my toes, and both women are fantastic. Is it pricey? Maybe. For a full set plus gel and a gel pedicure I spent $149, but I also bought their cuticle oil that they make in house. Keep in mind, these ladies are continuing to take classes and different courses to continue getting better and learn new things. It's not they just hire staff, they hire staff and continue to train them. I'm a nurse, so I have no idea about what would be learning extra, but to see the owner strive to continue to teach these ladies with ongoing learning is a sign that quality is important. I've brought my daughter,11, and everyone enjoyed having her there asking a ton of questions. I love this salon, and people who complain about how much it costs, well if you want to be cheap, go get cheap nails where they have no personality and force small talk while avoiding eye contact. Also, stop tipping $7 on your service. If you can't afford a luxury service, don't go.

I got my nails done by my girl Kali!! I love her techniques, patience, and she’s a perfectionist! The nails in the pic are almost two weeks old and they’re still holding up and looking great. The salon is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the vibes and conversation and the prices are good, along with discount offers and special perks. Definitely booking Kali every two weeks!! Such a wonderful experience at this salon. All of the staff is so friendly and the environment is very welcoming. I was lucky to have Anna as my nail tech. She did a fantastic job and I was so impressed with her skills. She did a gel-x mani for my engagement photos, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!
